Why would oil rings care whether you use synthetic or mineral oil? How much
oil did you lose and how fast did you lose it?

i know in video you say roughly 1 quart but for others out there using a
measuring device, 50cc takes 26-28 ounces, a 125-150cc will take 28-30. If
you running an oil cooler add 2 ounces to that.

Is that a major brand of oil where you live? Is it JASO MA/MB certified?
How long have you had your scooter before you tried the Starta oil?

What oil did you use ? And what about gear oil ?

Don’t you have to change the transmission oil too? Why didn’t you include
that?

Not really, most motorists, or scooterists use oil for diesel trucks. 15W40
seems to be the perfect value. For more performance get 10W40. 10W30 might
be just a tad too light.

From what I’ve read synthetic oil is best for dry clutch systems, can you
elaborate why regular oil is better?

NO!!! Not the Whole THING OF OIL !!!! THAT’S TO MUCH YOU ALMOST POOR THE

@WTFp0s Scooters have dry clutches. The final differential has it’s own oil
unlike a motorcycle and that oil is called differential oil, hub oil or
more commonly GEAR OIL…all the same thing. Any 4 stroke oil will do
including cheap Walmart 10W40 car oil at $2.62 a quart. You can buy the
gear oil there too. See YouTube videos on changing the gear oil.

Is there any different between 4T motorcycle engine oil with 4T scooter
engine oil? I read that scooter 4T engine oil can’t be use on 4T motorcycle
engine because it will make the clutch slip.

Cant i use that oil for my 50cc moped scooter

mygif
Jef W said in March 29th, 2015 at 6:11 am

How often should oil be changed? It’s not clear in this video if the funnel
is where you pulled the dipstick out or do you put the funnel elsewhere
(like it is for cars).

@WTFp0s ok thanx but how can i speed my moped up because its only going
30mph when it should be going 60mph
